Shipping & Delivery

All items are made to order after the store sale ends. Please allow 1–2 weeks after the sale closes for your order to be produced, packaged, and shipped.

If you selected shipping to your home, you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

If you selected school delivery, your order will be delivered to the school for distribution. The PTO is responsible for coordinating and distributing all school-delivery orders. Please contact the PTO with any questions regarding pickup or distribution once orders have been delivered to the school.

Please note: The 1–2 week turnaround begins after the sale ends, not from the date your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color choices, or changes of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or otherwise incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can make it right.

Any issue must be reported promptly after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

All spirit wear is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect sizing. Please review the product's size chart before placing your order, as sizing may vary between brands and styles.
